FAIR. Caïpirowska
- 5 cl FAIR. Vodka
- 1/2 lime
- 2 spoons of fairtrade certified sugar
Cut the 1/2 lime in 4 pieces and crush in a mortar with the sugar. Top with crushed ice and add the FAIR. Vodka. Shake well and serve with two short straws.

Fairspresso martini
- 4 cl FAIR. Vodka
- 3 cl Fairtrade certified Coffee
- 2 cl Fairtrade sugar syrup and Fairtrade Vanilla
Prepare vanilla syrup with 500g golden fairtrade sugar, 400 ml water, and fairtrade vanilla pod. Bring to the boil, then let cool down. Shake all the ingredients vigorously and serve in a Martini glass with three fairtrade coffee beans to decorate.

Goji Bramble
- 4 cl Gin
- 2 cl of FAIR. Goji
- 0,5 cl lemon juice
- 0,5 cl simple syrup

- 4 cl of FAIR. Goji

- 1 cl of Cranberry Juice
- 0,5 cl of lemon juice
Pour all ingredients in a shaker. Hard shake. Fine strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with Goji berries or a flamed orange peel and a slice of lime.

- 2 Goji Berries
Pour the FAIR. Goji on 2 dry Goji berries in a flute. Stir the glass. Pour the champagne slowly.
