FAIR. COCKTAILS

Fair Expresso martini
4 cl FAIR™ - fairtrade quinoa vodka
3 cl Fairtrade certified Coffee
2 cl Fairtrade sugar syrup et Fairtrade Vanilla
Prepare vanilla syrup with 500g golden fairtrade sugar,
400 ml water, and fairtrade vanilla pod.
Bring to the boil, then let cool down
Shake all the ingredients vigorously and serve in a Martini glass with three fairtrade coffee beans to decorate.

Fair Caïpirowska
5 cl FAIR™ Vodka
1/2 lime
2 spoons of fairtrade certified sugar
Cut the 1/2 lime in 4 pieces and crush in a mortar with the sugar
Top with crushed ice and add the FAIR™ Vodka
Shake well and serve with two short straws.

Divine Russian
4 cl FAIR™ Vodka
3 cl Chocolate sirup
1 cl Liquid cream
Shake all the ingredients together with a lot of ice and serve in a martini glass
To make a good fairtrade chocolate sirup:
100 g Fairtrade Cocoa Pouder
100 g Fairtrade sugar
100 ml tap water
Boil everything together and let it cool before using
(you can also add a vanilla pod while boiling if you like).

Sunny Divine
4 cl FAIR™ Vodka
2 cl Chocolate sirup
3 cl white curaçao
2 slices of fresh orange skin
Shake together every ingredient, but the orange skin, with a lot of ice Serve the cocktail in a martini glass without ice and press the orange skin into the cocktail.

Rooibos-politan
4 cl FAIR™ Vodka
2 cl triple sec
3 cl Rooibos infusion
1/8th Lime
Prepare a strong infusion of Rooibos and let it cool down.
Shake the different liquids vigorously and serve in a martini glass
Press the lime and drop it in the glass
Blue limonade
4 cl FAIR™ Vodka
2 cl Blue Curaçao
8 cl Lime Juice
Shake and serve with ice cubes in a tall glass.

Crunchy mango
4 cl FAIR™ Vodka
3 cl Mango Juice
1/8th lime juice
Ulmo Honey
2 mini quinoa-based cookies with chocolate
Scratch the mini quinoa-based cookies in a plate.
Drop the lips of a martini glass tremper in the honey and then in the cookie spread.
Shake the Vodka, the mango juice and the lime juice.
